It came into being primarily to assist our clients meet their business challenges by sourcing inspirational leaders with the right mix of skills, experience and attitude to add immense value to their business. Over the last 4 years plus, Career Connection and its sister concern (where the founder, Ashish Arora was a full time director) placed a large number of people in the life and health insurance industry in India. Such placements happened across levels and across geographies. Understanding the needs of clients and candidates, Career Connection now is an independent body focused only on middle and senior level roles both in field and corporate across the insurance industry.
