Career Crew was launched as a platform to support amazing talent during the pandemic of 2020. People needed help figuring out what was next and how to get there. We recognized that by doing a deep discovery of each individuals and networking them to people in their field, we could instill focus and direction. The result was a partnership with hundreds of mentors across North America willing to volunteer their time to help people with what comes next. As our model matured through 2021, companies were navigating a massive resignation pool and attempting to find talent-for-scale in a difficult market. Internal resources were stretched, traditional recruitment firms were charging exorbitantly high prices and quick, efficient hiring became impossible.
