Career Crossroads Foundation

Career Crossroads Foundation was founded in the year 2012 as a charitable community for providing skill development training programs for entrepreneurship and employability development to youth. We started our journey with a dream of providing training programs for students to improve their skills for their career development without any financial barriers. We are conducting skill development training programs for the last 10 years in different colleges around south India. From the decade of experience, we understand that the labour force participation and quality of labour force in India are still very low and these training programs are not enough to solve this problem. Then we started our research to find a solution to these problems and we developed an innovative process with the help of industry experts to solve these problems. Then the idea of Career Promap was born and we decided to rebuild our community into an NGO. On 1st June 2022, career crossroads foundation was established as a section 8 company (NGO) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs with a vision of providing an equal opportunity for all in India to strengthen their knowledge and improve their skills for their career development without any barriers of financial, gender or language challenges.
