CareerHQ is a career technology company that assists individuals as they go through the process of creating career options that suit them and their lifestyle considerations. With our cloud-based CareerHQ Compass assessment tool and Careers Database (consisting of over 900 occupations and linked to 6,700 TAFE and university courses) we aim to make the career decision making process more personal, productive and streamlined. We are passionate about the power of data in creating more human-centered career education programs. We contribute to this space by offering educational institutions and professional organisations an online tool to track the combined career interests and lifestyle considerations of their community, enabling them to provide personalised programs for their users. To date this has allowed schools, sporting organisations and communities to more accurately respond to the real-time career needs of large groups.
