Our HR-tech startup was founded in summer 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. At the core, we developed a scalable platform that matches talents with potential employers to connect over informal lunches or virtual coffee chats. This way, talents get authentic insights from employees, grow their professional network, and find the right employer. Whilst companies make their employer brand and culture more tangible, grow their talent communities, and find the right talent.
