Based on the success of the career board, the founders of CareerNET on Demand LLC had the foresight to see the growing corporate demand for privately hosted, web-based Talent Management solutions. In response, HRsmart Inc. was soon formed and quickly grew into one of the web’s premier providers of Talent Management solutions. In March of 2015, HRsmart was acquired by Deltek. As a result, Deltek's award-winning enterprise-level solutions are used today by over 6 million users. Under a unique agreement with Deltek, CareerNET On Demand leverages the technology and expertise of Deltek to deliver Talent Management solutions that are affordable, easy to use and that instantly provide a valuable return on investment.
