The Erasmus+ project "Career Pathways" will create new tools for career advisors and employment professionals to support adults in identifying new skills, developing new career paths throughout life, and finding a job.
The project will create a Portal with several career services:
- "My Career Pathway Web portal" where adults who are unemployed or looking for their first job can access current labour market information in order to explore new jobs, or seek vocational training to upgrade skills.
- "My Career Pathway Labour Market and Skills Data hub" will provide recent data to employers, policy makers, vocational education and training organisers and providers on skills and training demand, based on Cedefop Skills OVATE open data.
- "Career Pathways Professional Experience" will be designed for professionals working in career guidance and development, for public employment services and from schools with vocational education to learn how to apply digital tools in professional practice.
