CareerPeer is a web-based career curriculum enhancement tool for undergraduate career preparation courses. Through university partnerships, CareerPeer can supplement the curriculum of existing career preparation courses or serve as a dynamic resource to help build a career preparation curriculum from scratch. CareerPeer is major agnostic, providing students with entry level insights via dynamic content and a 4-year, tailored plan to help students prepare for and earn their desired post-graduate positions. CareerPeer helps universities bolster their career curricula, enables students to take greater advantage of existing career services resources, and improves the retention of students outside of limited enrollment programs. When partnered with a program or course, CareerPeer offers students both monthly and yearly subscription options. We are a resource for the career preparation course in the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and are looking to partner with other universities to further improve our offerings.
