CareerRoad is a not-for-profit organization started by students with the goal of helping high school students and young adults to explore career options and receive real-life career advice from “Career Influencers” – individuals that are successful in their careers. We want you to learn the who, what, where, why, when and how of what it takes to develop your dream career. CareerRoad accomplishes its goal of obtaining career advice for all young adults by organizing a nationwide team of Student Ambassadors that volunteer to conduct meaningful 15-20 minute video interviews of individuals that are successful in their careers. Once videos are recorded, CareerRoad edits the videos and shares them on our website, YouTube Channel, and many other leading social medial channels. In addition to the videos, the individuals that are interviewed become part of our network of Career Influencers and they regularly guide young adults by answering career development questions on the CareerRoad website. With more than 85% of young adults between the ages of 16-24 using some form of social media, the potential to improve the lives of millions of young adults is massive. If you are an individual successful in your career or a student that wants to help all young adults develop their careers, then we invite you to learn more about how you can get involved as either a Student Ambassador, Career Influencer or Volunteer.
