CareerWay.net is a database of first-hand job descriptions that aims to educate people about different careers and industries and show the opportunities within those industries. Our database of first-hand job descriptions are created by people already working in the industry, and show some of the pathways into these professions and what are some of the key and beneficial skills required. We developed a simple yet thorough questionnaire that anyone can sign up to and answer so that people, specifically young people, can get a real sense of what different jobs require, find a career that interests them, and learn how they too can have a career in that industry.
