CareFit is a Senior Placement Agency that specializes in home care and senior living options. We serve as an intermediary between the person looking for care and the people that provide it. Oftentimes, seniors and families contact us because they are unfamiliar the SW Florida market and are short on time. They don't have a good understanding of the different levels of care available such as independent living, home care, assisting living, memory care, nursing homes, and continuum care retirement communities. They are looking for someone to help them navigate the process of finding the right level of care and organization. When you partner with CareFit, you open yourself up to qualified referrals. Our Senior Advocates meet with clients and families, assess their needs, and help them to identify several possible organizations. For senior living requests, we then arrange and accompany them on tours of the properties. For home care requests, prospective patients and family members have already selected a caregiver (e-portfolio on CareFit) that is employed or registered with your organization. The matching has been done. The caregiver has been contacted and he or she has already agreed to take on the care. The only thing you need to do is schedule the person and manage the care. If an e-portfolio match is not successful or desired, we will still assist he/she in being placed with the right organization. Happy clients often lead to an increase in hours and increased length of stay with your company.
