CareLytix’s technology-enabled platform is delivered through web application software, sometimes referred to as software as a service (“SaaS”). Our web-based platform employs the concept of cloud computing by using the Internet to virtually deploy our platform across healthcare organizations, providing standardization and compliance to improve operating efficiency and performance. We employ Agile methodology as our platform planning and software development approach. Platform versions are developed, tested and released in two-week cycles, and contain functional enhancements, maintenance functionality, and measure content. Based upon this schedule, we release approximately twenty-six software updates each year.
