We solve the needs / problems of the family members having to care for elderly relatives. Care Networx allows sharing of information & communication to help with the management of caring for an elderly relative. We aim to provide the tools that will improve the care for an elderly person and to keep them living in their own home for longer by combining home monitoring and wearable technology all within one ecosystem. A person living with a chronic condition doesn’t want to engage with portals, with doctors, with the healthcare system. People have different needs and different desires and different goals. Our App allows people to use a system in the way that works for them by being the glue that binds together silos of information.
