Care Opinion is an independent, not-for-profit social enterprise. We exist to help improve dialogue between service users and patient with health and social care service providers and to improve both health and care services.
We run the website Care Opinion, based on the award-winning Patient Opinion. We provide an integrated feedback platform: a place where the public can publish their experiences of local health and care services. The website allows health and social care service staff to interact with people who use these services, carers, and relatives to help improve care.
