CareTribe’s digital platform levers human expertise augmented by predictive analytics and AI to generate personalized LifePaths for each care recipient. LifePaths deliver personalized action plans, curated content, and recommended benefits and resources to address current needs. LifePaths also allow caregivers to explore the likely future paths for their loved one so they can anticipate future needs. CareTribe’s goal is to lessen the impact on employee productivity, caregiver burnout, and attendant increase in healthcare costs for the caregiver and their loved one.
