In 2019, Caritas Hospital took pioneering steps, initiating the Liver Transplantation programme, the first in Central Travancore. Notably, our Ethics Committee secured accreditation from NABH under the Ethics Committee Accreditation Programme, making us the 2nd in the state of Kerala and the first in Central Kerala to achieve this milestone. In the same year, Caritas Hospital attained NABH Nursing Excellence Certification, being the first in Kottayam District to do so.
