Focus on the future – rooted in the past Carl Ras is a Danish family-owned wholesale company and one of the largest suppliers of tools, fittings and workwear to craftsmen, institutions, and the industry. Since 1932, we have grown significantly. Today, we operate 22 wholesale centers and employ roughly 450 people. Part of the Carl Ras Group – creating value for us and our customers We expanded by acquiring Engros Beslag in 2007, 3Aktive in 2019, Jydsk Værktøj in 2022, and Nordjydsk Værktøjssalg in 2024. Each of them is now part of the Carl Ras Group. In addition, we invested in the sustainable building market Havnens Hænder in 2021 and the reuse-oriented building supplier Genbyg in 2022.
