Founded by first-generation Swedish immigrant Carl Bolander in 1924, Bolander began as a heavy civil contractor focused on building foundations for the Twin Cities Skylines during the roaring 20s. Over the next 90 years we have expanded that legacy across the Midwest, gaining expertise in deep foundations, demolition, earthwork, soil remediation, and utilities.
