También podemos suministrar carne de rito Halal. Los productos van destinados mayoritariamente a la industria alimentaria. El 90% de nuestra producción está exportada a Europa, África y Asia. Carlos Colomer, S.A. is a beef cutting plant founded in 1972 in the little village of Sant Feliu de Pallerols, in Gérona-Spain.
Dedicated to the beef deboning, the hard work and the highest quality have been keys factors to obtain IFS, BRC and Halal certifications. We mainly offer products dedicated to the meat processing industry and 90 % of our production are exported to Europe, Asia and Africa. Moreover, our main goal has always been to satisfy our customers with the maximum quality, satisfaction and professionalism.
Carlos Colomer S.A. est une usine de découpe située au nord de la région catalane à Gérone-Espagne, dans le petit village de Sant Feliu de Pallerols.
Nous sommes spécialisés dans la découpe et l’exportation de viande bovine, de qualité, principalement destinée à l’industrie de transformation et la restauration depuis 1972. 90% de nos produits sont exportés dans l’Union Européenne, en Asie et en Afrique.
Le travail et la qualité ont joué un rôle clef à l'heure de surmonter différents jalons : l’obtention des certifications IFS, BRC et Halal.
