ABOUT GERMAN BRATWURST
Bratwurst is the Germans' most popular sausage and take away treat. Furthermore, it has become very well known in Britain for more than 15 years through the German Christmas-Markets. Sausage is on position number three behind steak and burger.
PEOPLE LOVE BBQS
On your grill-party at home or as a trading caterer with co-product you cannot go wrong with a grilled German Bratwurst. In Germany Bratwurst is the most often bought BBQ product before chops or schnitzel.
That is why we decided to establish our start-up-company OGB -UK Ltd. In Coventry, Midlands. Our goal is to introduce these partly seasonal products to the British market.

LOGISTICS
In the first step we will import sausages from Germany (produced by our certified partners). In the second step we will start with a production near Birmingham in summer 2023. In this case we will increase the delivery system by other lorries. Currently we have cool storage which can be run as a consignment warehouse. We permanently have 40 pallets of different kinds of Bratwurst / Bockwurst in stock, ready to go.
