In 2003, a project to produce Halal cured sausages was launched in response to a strong demand from the Muslim world, which was asking for innovation in the production of sausages, at that time very focused on cooked products only.
With the help of experts in the Halal world, certifying bodies and specialists in Halal production, a team was formed to develop sausages that until then had been specific to the non-Muslim world, so that they would be suitable and appreciated by the different Muslim communities with the corresponding and approved Halal guarantees.
In 2011 and due to the good acceptance of the different products that were being launched on the market, most of which were positioned as leaders in their range, a new factory was built separately from the facilities of non-Halal products, built to meet even the highest demands of food standards such as IFS, BRC and in the near future even the FDA.
We currently export approximately 95% of our total production to most European countries, as well as to countries in Africa and the Persian Gulf, among others. Our constant desire to improve leads us to launch new products every year that do not exist on the market and to improve our products so that they do not contain colourings, allergens or added additives.
The trust placed in our company by our collaborators and final consumers, helps us to grow constantly and to be able to expand the team of people and companies (suppliers) that make this project possible.
