Carlson Kennedy Construction is a commercial general contractor providing constructions services for clients throughout the Midwest with our office located in Omaha, Nebraska. The company was founded by Eric Carlson and Scott Kennedy who have worked together their entire 20 years in the construction industry. Our portfolio of work includes Multi-family, Senior Housing, Office, Retail, Industrial, Warehousing, and a wide variety of other types of commercial construction. We value the relationships that we have built over the years. A project to us is a lifelong relationship.
