מהחווה לצלחת הגידול שלנו – Carmel Blueberry מאז 1956 האוכמניות הטריות שלנו גדלות בחוות "כרמל בלוברי" שבדרום רמת הגולן. הגידול מתבצע במצע מנותק מהאדמה, בתוך עציצים שמכילים את המצע המדויק לכל שתיל. אנו מנטרים כל שתיל באמצעות סנסורים של בקרת אקלים, מים, דשן, חומצה ועוד, וכך מקבלים תמונת מצב עדכנית ומוסיפים באופן פרטני לכל שתיל את מה שדרוש לו על מנת שיצמח באופן המיטיבי. שתילי האוכמניות והפרי שלנו אינם מרוססים בכל שלב שהוא. אנו נעזרים במדבירים טבעיים בלבד (הדברה ביולוגית) על מנת לנטרל מזיקים ולשמור על פרי ושתילים נקיים ממחלות. אנו נעזרים בדבורי דבש ובדבורי במבוס לצורך הפריית הפרחים בתהליך טבעי. Carmel Blueberry, Farm to the table since 1956. Our fresh blueberries are grown at "Carmel Blueberry" farm in the southern Golan Heights. The growth is carried out in a detached above ground soil, inside pots that contain the exact substrate for each seedling. We monitor each seedling using sensors of climate control, water, fertilizer & Acid. and thus get an up-to-date picture on the care needed for each individual plat, in order for it to grow in the best way possible. We use only natural exterminators (biological pesticides) to neutralize pests and keep fruits and seedlings free of diseases. We use honey bees and bamboo bees to fertilize the flowers in a natural process.
