Ruane, The Carmel Hill Fund (CHF) is focused on helping young people, especially those growing up in vulnerable circumstances, become voracious readers who also have the skills, relationships, nurturing environments, and supports to become emotionally thriving adults. The Fund is both a grantmaker and operates an education program in three cities across the United States.
