As a coach and mentor, my mission is to bring out the best in you or your team. My specialism is communications and executive presence, drawing on my previous career as a broadcast journalist and later as a communications trainer, consultant, facilitator and strategist.
I have worked with hundreds of clients at the highest levels in business, political and public life, helping them to clarify their goals and develop the skills, strategies and strengths to achieve them. It would be my great pleasure to work with you, to help you to find and take that next step. I am based in Ireland - but happy to work with you wherever you are, in person or online.
My book, Speak Now, Communicate Well in the Workplace, shares my coaching and teaching experience over many years, and offers a complete toolkit to anyone looking to improve their front line communications skills - pitching, presenting, chairing, coaching, negotiating and performing on the media.
Personally, I live in the beautiful countryside of the Louth/Meath border with my husband of 30 years, whichever one of our four adult children is boomeranging home for a while, and our dogs, cats and horses.
