CARN is a professional employee-led network aiming to strengthen participation, representation and respect of SOGIESC-diverse people (sexual orientation, gender identity and expression and sex characteristics) throughout New Zealand's public sector. Founded in 2017, CARN advocates for and celebrates the diversity of rainbow communities within public service agencies and works to ensure that rainbow voices are included, respected and celebrated.
