"Carnex is the leading company on the territory of Serbia in the field of meat and meat products. The range of our products comprises bacon, smoked products, delicatessen, fermented dry sausages, cooked meat chubbs, cooked meat, sterilized products in foil and can, ready meals and fat. Carnex was founded in 1958 in Vrbas. Primarily, production programme aimed at export to England market, because of which the company was named Carnex, as a combination of the words carne (lat. meat) and export. After only ten years, we became one of the most important producers of meat and meat-processed products. Today, good taste begins and ends in this factory. By purchasing facilities and investing in five business centers, factory became big agricultural complex during 90’s."
