Hi, I am Ayush Saxena Founder of Carococo Coffee Roasters,
My coffee journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic while working in IT at Cisco in Bengaluru. Long night shifts led me to rely on coffee to stay awake and focused, which sparked my love for this incredible drink. After moving to Delhi and realising that high-quality coffee was scarce in Dwarka, I started brewing at home, experimenting with French Presses and sourcing beans from Karnataka’s best coffee regions.
Driven by my passion, I pursued SCA Certification in Bali and gained hands-on experience working in small cafés in Pondicherry. In 2022, I launched my first coffee cart, and today, I’m proud to own a café in Dwarka, where we provide top-notch, specialty coffee to our customers. At Carococo Coffee Roasters, we’re committed to offering premium coffee, brewed with passion and precision.
From an IT career to the world of specialty coffee, my journey has been one of dedication, learning, and a relentless pursuit of quality. Every cup we serve tells a story, and we’re here to share it with you.
