Carondelet Partners is an investment and advisory firm that provides capital and expertise to propel the growth of exceptional consumer brands. Led by Eugenio Labadie, the co-founder of premium activewear brand Ten Thousand, we work across three verticals: credit, venture, and advisory. Carondelet's credit strategy, our primary focus, is designed to fill the funding gap between inventory-based revolvers and equity capital, providing junior secured term loans to growing brands with strong recurring revenue, low debt-to-enterprise-value, and strong brand equity. We also make venture investments in seed and series A financings of startups in the fintech, retail, and supply chain ecosystems, and we consult with select brands on a project basis or as a fractional or interim COO/CFO.
