Carr Enterprises is a relationship focused construction service provider. We are dedicated to quality and total customer satisfaction; we are driven by a desire to produce value; and our goal to achieve long-standing relationships with our clients is continuous. Our firm was founded in 1975, and we provide services to all of New England as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, and Design-Builder. We are a highly versatile open shop firm, with a diverse base of institutional, corporate, and retail clients. Since our inception, Carr has been providing our services to private clients, as well as assisting owners and architects with building plan evaluations for constructability, cost, budget, and schedule. The majority of our projects originate from repeat and referral business; a significant portion of which is negotiated work. Our expertise includes the construction of medical, health and assisted-care facilities, academic work, corporate and retail fit-ups, and manufacturing and industrial facilities.
