Since its beginning in 2007, what is today Hess Group International Limited (www.hessgroupinternational.com), under the guidance of its founder and Chairman Rolf Hess (www.rolfhess.com), has been developing projects in different sectors such as but not limited to Consumer Goods, Fashion, Oil & Gas, Mining as well as Water. We categorise our projects in four phases: Project identification and initial financing 100% by HGI and its board Proof of Concept has been established and an initial fund raise is done with people close to us like «family and friends» We are looking for growth capital with an extended circle of investors. We may also approach institutional investors provided we can demonstrate a defined exit strategy. Final fundraise to prepare the project, which is now an established company with an operative board, management and dedicated external service providers such as accountants, auditors etc., for the selected exit which is either a trade sale, merger or a public listing.
