About Carrick Winery

Named after the Carrick Range, we make wines that are estate-grown, wild fermented and certified organic. From our 23.5 hectares, we are proud to craft a diverse range of styles with a focus on quality and small-batches. Our vineyard, winery, restaurant and cellar door are located in Bannockburn, Central Otago. Pinot Noir is Carrick's flagship wine and other varieties made include Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. Key figures are Owners Tony and Alison Cleland, Winemaker Rosie Menzies and Viticulturist & GM Cliff Wickman. Carrick wines have received many accolades both in New Zealand and overseas. Carrick was named the 2021 New Zealand Organic Wine Awards 'Sustainable Winery of the Year.'
