The Carter Law Firm is dedicated to providing legal services in the areas of Estate Planning, Real Property, Family and Tax Law. We serve the Central and Eastern Shore Regions of Maryland with our primary office in Annapolis and a second location in Salisbury. We practice before both the State and Federal Courts of Maryland, as well as the District of Columbia. The founding attorney, K. Lynn Carter, fell in love with Maryland's beauty and rich history during her time as an undergraduate student. After living in several other states over the past fifteen years, Lynn decided to return to the place where she began her adult life, and the people who welcomed and guided her along the way. Lynn established The Carter Law Firm to help promote the future growth and stability of the families and communities she holds dear. Providing effective advocacy where needed is also a primary concern. The clients and communities are the heartbeat of The Carter Law Firm.
