The Canadian Association of Rwandan Youth (CARY) was officially formed in Ottawa in 2011 as an initiative from the local Rwandan youth community to connect and build a strong youth network among the regions of Canada.
CARY's vision and mandate is to empower and strengthen the Rwandan diaspora youth communities in Canada by promoting solidarity, mutual assistance and cultural diversity.
