Cascade Physicians PC

Cascade Physicians is a physician-run practice that was founded in 1992 with the merger of four leading medical groups that had provided care for decades in the Portland area. These physicians combined their efforts to preserve the practice of relationship-oriented primary care for the future. We operate Three clinical sites: Northwest Portland Tualatin Gresham Each site is conveniently located near the campuses of the Legacy Health System – Good Samaritan Hospital, Meridian Park Hospital, and Mount Hood Medical Center. Each site has 2-7 physicians along with ancillary support staff, including medical assistants, on-site phlebotomists, lab and other diagnostic testing services, and nurse case managers. We participate in many national and state quality and coordinated care initiatives. We use an electronic medical record that provides secure messaging and a patient portal so that you can view your health information and contact your healthcare team directly. We strive to provide same day appointments whenever possible and have emergency on-call coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We hope you will start a relationship with one of our physicians and allow us to work together in health. We are an internal medicine practice. Internal medicine doctors, or “internists,” are primary care doctors for adults. Our services cover a wide range – from well checkups and routine gynecologic exams to diagnosing acute illness and caring for complex chronic medical conditions. We seek to be your partner in every stage of health. All of our physicians share a common goal of providing the best patient-focused primary care internal medicine and guiding our patients through the ever-changing healthcare environment.
