Ultra Polymers modern 28 to 440-ton presses can mold parts from under 1 gram to 1,275 grams. These machines are equipped with computer controls with injection profiling, hydraulic core pulls, vertical clamp, part line injection, and programmed intrusion. Ultra Polymers offers specialized services in highly engineered injection molded parts, insert molding, sonic welding, electro/electro-less nickel plating, CNC adhesive bonding, PAD printing, and assembly methods. We perform over-molding onto plastic or metal sub-parts. A custom process control manual is developed for each product to ensure quality, traceability and consistency. We have all necessary support equipment including high temperature oil heaters to run the most advanced materials available.
