Cascadia provides planning, design, and project management services throughout the land use approval process. Based on project requirements, firm will assemble and coordinate consultant teams including surveyors, civil engineers, traffic engineers, arborists, geotechnical engineers, landscape architects, and wetland scientists. Cascadia prepares applications for a variety of development approvals including subdivisions and partitions, conditional use approvals, farm and forest dwelling permits, design reviews, variance approvals, zone map amendments, comprehensive plan changes, and annexations.
