CASE is a coalition of more than 120 non-governmental organisations from across Europe. We have come together in recognition of the growing threat posed to public watchdogs by Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPPs).
We remain united in the efforts to counter abusive litigation and advocate for robust anti-SLAPP legislation.
We support SLAPP targets, organise awareness-raising campaigns, conduct advocacy at national and international level and provide legal support.
