Case Management Magazine

Case Management Magazine has been designed to support and connect the community of case managers across the UK. Each issue will aim to provide case managers with information on products and services available to help clients who have been affected by severe injury or illness. We seek to support the vital work case managers undertake when working with people at the most vulnerable stage of their life. We want to empower case managers by providing an educational and informative resource that will support their work and help them to stay informed. Each issue will highlight mobility products, daily living aids, assistive technology, adaptations, accessible services, and more. We will also highlight the role of the case manager through interviews and case studies, championing the work they do and sharing experiences that resonate in the community.
