CSN The Private Practice: Founded in 2013, CSN is Pittsburgh based and proudly supports the community through their four office locations in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. CSN is in-network with all major insurers. Including Medicare and Medicaid. Coverage does vary based on plan and insurance. Out of pocket rates are available. CSN Corporate Wellness: Lunch and Learn series, Accountability Groups, Cooking Demonstrations, Onsite Consults, Telephonic Nutrition Counseling and the Nationally Recognized Diabetes Prevent Program.
