Vallebianca's Buffalo Mozzarella... an everyday attainment! Our company was born through the vision of two women. Two women sharing the passion for food and the determination to get involved in a new venture, culminated in the decision to set up a dairy for the production of one the most precious Italian food excellences: Campania's Buffalo Mozzarella. The goal of this partnership is to promote the knowledge and the culture of Buffalo Mozzarella, through the contribution of the experiences and skills of two women coming from different backgrounds, but both fully committed into this mission. This integrated approach has laid the foundation for the growth of female entrepreneurship in the world of Buffalo Mozzarella, and today we can consider it a full-fledged innovative idea.
