We procure Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) for hotels, casinos and restaurants as an agent between clients, designers, vendors, freight forwarders, warehouse and installers. We work on a fee basis and never mark up the cost of goods. We handle everything from negotiating prices, preparing budgets, creating and expediting purchase orders, processing invoices and payments, to coordinating the installation of the FF&E and OS&E ensuring on time delivery.
