Caspian Marine Services B.V. (CMS) operates a fleet of offshore support vessels, serving the oil and gas exploration and production industry in the Caspian Sea region. CMS provides a broad range of offshore support services coupled with highest standards of safety, service, and technology.
CMS Azerbaijan Branch office started its operations in 2006. The same year a strategic alliance was formed with SOCAR. As a member of the Alliance CMS was granted access to all maritime facilities and fleet of vessels controlled by SOCAR. In 2014 CMS formed a strategic alliance with ASCO and achieved access to marine facilities and vessels.
CMS is committed to the improvement of the quality of its management system. CMS implements a fully integrated safety, environmental and quality management system (SEQMS) which has been externally verified by ABS, as being compliant to requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and the ISM Code.
