Cassava Roots is a reinvented brand that attacks the mexican market, offering a cool store experience with a new high quality product. The mainstream objective of the store’s image is to attract a young, hip and “fashonist” crowd to hang out and taste bubble teas while meeting people. The result is a traditional product with high quality ingredients with hudge potential in the mexican market. Our first store, located in one of the most popular shopping malls in Mexico City, had big impact in the end consumer due to the combination of this delicious oriental product with an avant gard trend. Cassava Roots Franchise: The interest of mexican investors to expand our brand and product accelerated our growth that was best suited with the franchise model. Therefore, our objective is to open 10 to 15 new franchised stores by 2010.
