Our therapists apply functional-based techniques to treat injury and disease with an emphasis on improving functional abilities. After hospitalization, illness or surgery, our rehab care team creates individualized care plans to realize the best health outcomes. Our social workers collaborate with patients and their families to holistically understand health care needs and match those needs with available programs and services. They are highly skilled in addressing concerns that arise in both home environments and social settings that are essential to improving patient and family quality of life. Home Health aids are assigned to provide essential personal care, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
