CAST (Active Monitoring of Cancer as an Aternative To Surgery) is a Horizon 2020/Marie Skłodowska-Curie project exploring Watch & Wait strategies for colorectal cancer. The 15 early stage researchers involved are working to implement a paradigm change for a novel approaches in deciding when or whether cancer surgery is needed.
