Casting Light is an invite-only, virtual community dedicated to helping female professionals build real, lasting connections. Women have always faced a unique set of challenges when it comes to developing the relationships that they need to take them to the next level in their careers—from juggling the balancing act of work and family to contending with the dynamics of male-dominated work environments. These challenges have only become more pronounced in the perpetual “work from home” world that has emerged in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, with women finding themselves more disconnected than ever from each other and lacking meaningful opportunities to make new connections. Casting Light’s mission is to help women overcome these challenges by providing a virtual platform through which they can meet and learn from one another without having to go any further than their desktops.
