In November 2017, two wine lovers opened to bring the spirit of Texas and hospitality to Sealy, TX. After graduating with degrees in Hotel Restaurant Management, both went into the hospitality industry. Sean then dug further and got his sommelier and later began attending wine making classes at Texas Tech in Fredericksburg. With a strong love for Wine and Texas, Sean and Chelsea started a small tasting room built by hand that opened November 2017. There is plenty of room to go outside, enjoy the country, and play a game of bags. They have 3 kids that all like to help in the wine making process, especially mixing and bottling the wines.
