He is a senior lawyer with expertise in motor vehicle liability, accident benefits, contracts, municipal liability, LTD, occupiers' liability, property / subrogation, products liability, professional negligence, medical malpractice, employment and insurance disputes. In the early 2000's he was co-counsel for the Municipality of Brockton, one of the main defendants in the Walkerton class action case. Considered by colleagues as a knowledgeable leader in the field of Civil Litigation, Chris has amassed 28 reported decisions over the course of his long legal career. He has extensive trial and appellate experience on both sides of the courtroom, and has participated in hundreds of mediations.
