The Cooperative is structured into Business Units divided into Operations (agriculture, meat, dairy, potatoes, and administration) and Industry (meat, dairy, and potatoes). The mission of the business areas is to coordinate, develop, and promote cooperative activities, being present at every link of the production chains and adding value through our industries—whether through our own brands or third-party production—which contribute to strengthening our presence in the market.
